Screen Memories

So 2009 has been and up and down year for me and movies. I have been all over the place. I used to be a huge fan of going to the movies but it seems that where I live it seems that the people at the theater's don't care about respect of others talking through films. So I have decided to stay away from theaters for a while. Most of the moments that have caught my attention are from The Hangover, basically the whole movie. I liked Public Enemies because it dealt with the old gangster and mobster days. And it starred Johhny Depp, who has my vote as one of the best actors of my generation. Transformers 2 was nice because of the special effects. GI Joe was also okay. But nice it finally came out. Just waiting on the sequal. But I really loved District 9 the most. I felt they did a great job on District 9 from the storyline to the special effects. The only thing I did not like was I heard a rumor that it was an original pilot for the halo movie and then changed it to District 9. Overall I have been impressed with the number of movies released this year and ready to see whats in line for 2010.
